How to make cheeseburger

Normal cheeseburger

the ingredients

  • Five hundred grams of ground beef.
  • A finely chopped onion.
  • A quarter cup of chopped parsley.
  • Salt – as desired.
  • Black pepper – to taste -.
  • Three slices of light cheddar cheese .
  • Three slices of strong cheddar cheese.
  • Three pieces of burger bun.
  • Two tablespoons of butter.
  • Three tablespoons of paprika sauce.
  • Six pieces of grilled beef bacon.
  • ¼ cup of crunchy chopped onions.
  • Two pickled cucumbers, sliced.
  • One large tomato, cut into rings.
  • Slice of lettuce.
  • 100 grams of fried potatoes.

 

How to prepare

Preparing the burger patties:

  • Mix the minced meat with onions, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the meat into three sections and form burger patties.
  • Fry the beef patties for four minutes in a frying pan over a high heat, frying each side for two minutes.
  • Place a slice of light-flavored cheddar cheese and a slice of strong-flavored cheddar cheese on top of each meatloaf, leaving the cheese pieces to melt.

Assembling the burgers:

  • Toast the slices of bread in a frying pan over a high heat with butter for two minutes.
  • Spread the smoked sauce by a tablespoon full on the toasted bread.
  • Put a piece of meat, followed by beef bacon, then fried onions, three slices of pickled cucumber , then a tomato ring, followed by a slice of lettuce on the face, then cover it with the other part of the bread.

  • Half a cup of hot mayonnaise .
  • Two pickled cucumbers, sliced.
  • A large onion cut into slices.
  • A large tomato, cut into rings.
  • A slice of lettuce cut in half.

 

How to prepare

Preparing the burger patties:

  • Mix each of: meat, minced beef fat, onions, and parsley, then season the mixture with black pepper, salt, and form the mixture into four burger patties.
  • Grill the discs for five minutes on each side, or as desired, in a frying pan over a hot heat.
  • Place two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each disk, and when the cheese has melted a little, remove the disk from the pan.

the ingredients

  • Half a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • Five hundred grams of minced meat.
  • Onion cut into small pieces.
  • A teaspoon of dried wild thyme .
  • Sixty-five milliliters of hot water.
  • A cube of chicken broth.
  • Three hundred grams of hookah pasta.
  • One hundred and twenty-five milliliters of ketchup.
  • 100 grams of pickled cucumber, sliced.
  • A tablespoon of sesame .
  • A tablespoon of rusk.

Cheese Sauce Ingredients:

  • tablespoon of butter.
  • Five hundred milliliters of cooking cream.
  • Sixty-five milliliters of hot water.
  • Two hundred and fifty grams of grated yellow cheddar cheese.
  • Fifty grams of grated cheddar cheese.
  • A cube of chicken broth .

 

How to prepare

Prepare the cheese sauce:

  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then add the cooking cream, hot water, chicken broth and cheddar cheese.
  • Stir the mixture over medium heat until the cheese melts, being careful not to overheat the cream.

Prepare the filling:

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, and saute the minced meat until half cooked.
  • Add onions and cook until softened.
  • Add wild thyme, hot water and chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a gentle boil until it is absorbed and the liquids are absorbed.

Preparing the Mac and Cheese Burgers:

  • Add the pasta to the cheese sauce and cook until partially cooked.
  • Pour half of the pasta mixture and sauce into the baking tray and spread the ketchup on top, then add the meat mixture, cooked onions, pickles, and cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the rest of the pasta mixture and cheese sauce on top.
